ph935 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time if: (a) you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) ph935 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account; (c) you fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continued operation of your account would expose ph935 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for cause, ph935 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real money balances pending investigation. Any confirmed real money balance remaining in your account following resolution of the investigation shall be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable AML and verification requirements.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible real money balance at the time of closure will be disbursed to your registered payment method following KYC clearance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
